Long-standing partners Harry Masterson and Jordan Mack lead Concourse Development’s large-scale land development and asset management.
Mr. Harry Masterson is a founding principal of Concourse Development and focuses on long-term objectives, acquisitions, marketing, and industry relations.
A dedicated building industry leader for over 20 years, Harry has focused on large land transactions and land development since 1995. He has served as President on the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) and is a recipient of the “GHBA Developer of the Year Award.”
Harry’s leadership continues outside of the development industry where he has held advisory roles for multiple community and non-profit organizations, including the Museum of Fine Arts and Da Camera, both of Houston. Harry is the past Board Chairman of Scenic Houston, an organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the visual character of the City of Houston.
Harry is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. When not in Houston, Harry and his wife Kathy enjoy spending time at their farm with their daughter and twin sons.
Mr. Jordan Mack is a founding principal of Concourse Development and focuses on company operations, acquisitions, project development, and finance.
Jordan leads a team of experienced real estate professionals through underwriting, acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of projects.
Jordan is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Houston Business Association and serves on the board of HomeAid Houston. Jordan is a graduate of Rice University and resides in Sugar Land with his wife Alyssa and their three children.
